Course Description

One of my deepest passions is unifying my most esoteric insights and revelations of non-dualism with the real and meaty creative areas of my life.  The most significant arena of creative play for me has been cultivating inner union (essence), through an evolving understanding of my own inner masculine and feminine and journey of letting go of or transforming the sense of self that is keeping them in separation.

In this course I will be sharing with you an approach to healing and awakening that was taught to me by Thessa Sophia, which as a basic recipe is a simple and powerful way to cultivate realisations of true nature (the absolute, unchanging, eternal)  in a deeply real, authentic and integrative way. Thessa will be holding two of the sessions together, plus we will have some video material with Thesssa created for this course. 

We will start by grounding into the basic approach and learning how to apply this in a basic way for self healing and inner exploration with relationships as fodder for the practice.

All our explorations will be made via the somatic experience in the body: including all sensations, emotions, thoughts and energetic phenomena from a foundation of stillness and with an attitude of acceptance, allowance and inclusiveness.  Stillness is the perfect condition for transformation and healing to occur, inviting us into a natural flow in which grace and infinite wisdom can begin to move through and transform.  Transformation also comes down to our capacity to fully honor the details of our experience, the willingness to honor, by fully being, seeing, listening and feeling the details of our experience with stillness until union has blossomed.

As you become more savvy with the approach I will start guiding you into deeper explorations of masculine and feminine. 

The masculine and feminine is the most fundamental polarity that forms the basis of identity, as long as there is identity (two things in seperation) there is a gap that pure essence or awareness is not yet blossoming or expressing, which is why it is such a big focus of this work as we explore true nature and our experience of self. 

We will start by exploring our direct experience of  both basic polarities of masculine and feminine within ourselves, which many would argue is the basis of true tantra. When your experience of masculinity and femininity is appearing in a fixed way (exclusively) it creates limitations in your experience of  yourself , your relationships and life, as opposed a genuine and creatively evolving awareness of the properties of your own masculinity and femininity. 

You will develop the capacity to unify and merge together your experience of masculine and feminine within yourself,

on a visceral embodied feeling level, whilst exploring the origin or true nature of both. 

Suffering appears when there is an experience of separate self  (identity) which results in a suppression or lack of essence/union, this can be addressed on a subtle level without needing to go through dramatic & cathartic healing processes. 

The more able we are to become both the masculine and feminine by letting go of any fixed experience of ourselves (identity) and embody the unified expression  the more our capacity to consciously create ourselves and reality expands and blossoms. Ultimately the focus then becomes embodying, becoming and moving as the unique essence that being reclaimed. 

 It is the ultimate empowerment to realise that anything appearing in separation within you, is reflecting in the environment and in your relationships. This is empowering when you have the tools and approach to address that separation in yourself. It is amazing how as soon as you unify within, this naturally and effortlessly corrects the outer manifestation.  

To enliven our creative field of play we will be exploring some primordial archetypes at a deep level within ourselves. 

As your capacity to unify the masculine and feminine evolves we will start to explore embodying various primordial archetypes at a visceral body level;  how they are  appearing or not appearing in natural expression and any identifications there, in a way that can inform your life  on a very deep level.  

This course is perfect for those who have a sincere commitment to the evolution of consciousness and their own awakening simultaneously recognising that appears as inseparable from their capacity for inner union, expressing as intimacy, creativity, beauty, love, play and a deep communion within all of nature. 

We work in a very intimite way, so numbers in the group will be no more than 10 people.

*expand your capacity to create what you want and gain an understanding of the science/alchemy of relationship
*cultivate realisations of true nature ~ emptiness, infinity, the unchanging
*explore the direct experience of masculine and feminine

*explore and embody fundamental archetypes
*embody  desire/longing from a place of freedom and empowerment

This course is for  men and women.

The approach will be delivered in a slow experiential series of journeys, individually and as a group. The group will be small, so we can be interactive, deeply engaged and I will sometimes work one to one with you as we go. I ask that you come committed to practicing and applying what we share with you in your daily life, so you are able to receive the next meditations each week.

*Group Page to share findings and comments and explorations on and where I and Thessa will post writings on intimate relating

*Video interviews with Thessa created for this course
*Available to answer one-to-one questions, give feedback/guidance through out the week. 
*Intimately held by me, through out the course and in your journey of integrating the material. 
*Occasional 20 minute check ins with me throughout the event
