My Approach & Vision

My vision is that every birthing woman is fully supported to consciously choose and direct her birth giving experience with autonomy and love.

I feel as a doula I am here to facilitate natural flow and healing; inspiring women to remain in touch in with their deepest nature, bliss and self empowerment during the birth giving experience. My approach is one of deep respect for the identity of another, self love, sovereignty, autonomous expression and play.

I have devoted my life to the study of mystical and healing arts and have worked for the last 10 years intensely with myself and others through initiatory stages of life and death, also serving as a doula in physical death on many occasions. As an intuitive empath I have learned to develop my skills for deep dual journey work, listening deeply to the somatic experience. I can be in natural communion with babies in utero, clearly tuning into their state of well being, consciousness and essence ~ which deeply informs me in this work.

I have learned that the single most profound ingredient to all phases of transition is presence & stillness; our capacity to resource from within the natural silence that underlies all activity is what truly inspires the grace within transition.

This along side acceptance and allowance and underlying joy has become my recipe for surrendering into and facilitating some of the most challenging and intense transitions.

As a result because of the dynamism of birth giving ~ cultivating stillness in relationship to the body, exploring stillness with movement and sound; inspiring fluidity and recovering the freedom to embrace our most primal nature; will be an integral part of my offering.

Birth is a woman's wildest act of creativity, never is her life force so strong and powerful ~ and never is she more open and vulnerable. As a result building relationships, deepening intimacy and trust is essential for the makings of a free flowing birth experience.

I feel deeply we should truly venerate a woman in this time and honor this passage of change by surrounding her with protection, care and nourishment, supporting her to access the permission to unleash and flow in an unfettered way in the arms of love.​

  I trust deeply that a woman's body knows how to birth her own baby...

I trust deeply that a woman can resource all she needs for herself ~ my role is to remind her when she forgets and be a part of the beautiful dance of devotion.

Love and divine eros are our birthright.... I am deeply inspired to elevate the conditions of birth that allow us to fully participate in that birth right with all our hearts. I feel that we can prepare for birth through creative expression, intimacy and healing work that may dissolve any fears or painful dialogues we may have around the birth giving experience and allow us to be fully open to and embracing of the wild unknown..

I am also deeply inspired to support the reclamation of birth as an ordinary experience, that in its total mystery, richness and creative aliveness is also on another level something thousands of women are doing every day and can be approached with simplicity and naturalness, and that every woman has the innate instinct and capacity to flow through birth ease fully in a deeply concrete and down to earth way.

As a result I offer myself as support in a very practical and when needed hands on way, adapting to the conditions and becoming what ever is needed or being called for according to the moment. I have a deep passion for herbal and homoepathic care and alot of experience healing myself at home, and will have my bag of tricks available for home rememdies, but am not a certified practitioner.

Other tools I may use if they inspire you, are vedic astrology, pregnancy massage, sound healing and stillness meditation & movement practices & homeopathic ~ herbal & nutritional care for naturally building strong immune systems for mother & baby.
